Cricket is my favourite game. I like to play it. I love to watch it on the field. I like to watch it on T.V. I play it on Sundays with my friends. I am a member of our school cricket team. I can bat very well. But I am not so good in bowling.
Cricket began in England. It is a gentleman’s game. It is very popular in India. Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa etc. are other cricketing countries. Now it is reaching some other countries as well.
Two teams play it at a time. In a team there are eleven players. There is a captain and a vice-captain in each team. I love one day matches more than five day tests. Sachin Tendulkar is my cricket hero.
