English Letter to Landlord for Repairs

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the house I live in needs certain repairs. It has not been white-washed for the last two years. The floors in the kitchen and drawing room are broken. The roof of the bedroom leaks in the rainy season. The flush system does not work properly.

I would request you to have the necessary repairs done immediately.
